The M Factor actively engages the gay community to bring awareness of our program and our values. We do this in a manner that is fun, entertaining, and attractive. The majority of our events are outreach efforts meant to bring the community together and engage in dialogue about important issues. We also host M Group meetings which are small-group educational meetings. We provide incentives to our most active members like free t-shirts, bags, movie passes, and more. Outreach

As part of our commitment to serve El Paso's gay community, The M Factor participates in both formal and informal outreach. Formal outreach includes distributing safer sex supplies and literature every first Friday of the month at all the gay bars and clubs in El Paso. In addition, we host different kinds of events as informal outreaches like video game nights, day trips, and coffee nights to bring new guys to our program and open up dialogue about gay life.

High Gear

High Gear is a one-time fun and interactive way for gay and bi guys to meet other guys. We talk about all kinds of issues facing gay and bi guys like dating, men, self-esteem, and other topics.
